Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement Solution Architect with expertise in solution development and functional analysis for large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 architecture. The role involves designing and leading the implementation of Dynamics 365 products, collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams. Responsibilities include presales activities, methodology diagnostics, high-level solution architecting, proposal development, business development, and mentoring junior staff.
This position is central to delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions at KPMG and offers an exciting opportunity within a rapidly growing business area of a global firm.
Responsibilities
* Lead delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
* Champion technical and functional solutions across Microsoft platform
* Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 capabilities
* Design sector-specific templates to enhance out-of-the-box functionality
* Ensure quality in pre-sales engagements
* Define training needs and coach team members
* Deliver consultancy following KPMG Project Methodology
* Manage risks and communicate progress
* Contribute to practice development activities
* Perform additional duties as assigned
* Ensure timely completion of internal processes and training
* Represent KPMG professionally
Requirements
* Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365, with certification
* Understanding of Azure, .Net, PowerBI
* Knowledge of software development lifecycle and management
* Functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.)
* Familiarity with supporting Microsoft stack software
* Experience working with offshore teams and Agile methodology
* Certifications like TOGAF/Zachman are beneficial
* Knowledge of additional marketing products is desirable
* Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus
* Graduate from a top university with a relevant degree
* Minimum 4 years of hands-on CRM experience

* Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and consulting
* Ability to lead engagements and present to senior stakeholders
* Experience in large-scale CRM implementations
* Business process mapping and documentation skills
* Mentoring experience with junior and offshore staff
