Customer Service Advisor – Billing Team
Location: Severn Trent Water, Shelton (Shrewsbury)
Contract: 3-month temporary contract
Start Date: 2nd February
Pay Rate: £13.10 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Holiday: 25 days annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays

About the Role
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and emails relating to billing and water-related queries. You'll work to resolve issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring every customer receives an excellent level of service.
This is a full-time, office-based role with full training provided, making it ideal for candidates with customer service or administrative experience from a range of backgrounds, including retail, hospitality, office, or contact centre environments.
