The school is a tight community and wants to develop children who are supported in a learning community with high quality teaching. The school is looking for a long-term part time dedicated and passionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team to provide support to children across KS1 and KS2. The role will include providing one-to-one support, working in small groups and delivering interventions. The children have a range of complex needs. Our client is looking for someone to work in their school as soon as possible on a part time basis on Monday and Friday Required Skills and Experience for this SEND Teaching Assistant role: Teaching Assistant Level 3 Qualification Ability to liaise with the class teacher, SENDCO, and other agencies to meet the needs of the pupils. Build effective relationships with pupils and staff. Experience supporting children with SEND and SEMH. Experience within UK primary schools. Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children.
