Overview: Compass Associates are proud to be headhunting on behalf of a respected private rehabilitation provider in Surrey, in search of a skilled Addictions Therapist. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced counsellor or psychotherapist who thrives in a group-based and holistic setting, with a focus on the treatment of addictions through a structured 28-day residential programme. You'll join a collaborative and multi-disciplinary team offering a blend of 1:1 therapy, psychoeducational groups, and relapse prevention sessions - all delivered within a safe and community-driven therapeutic environment. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate group therapy aligned with the 12-Step Minnesota modelDeliver 1:1 therapy to clients in addiction recoveryRun relapse prevention workshops and psychoeducational sessionsParticipate in ward rounds and treatment planningMaintain accurate and timely clinical recordsSupport client integration and progress within the communityCommit to regular supervision and CPDGroup sizes: Typically 3 clients per group, rising to 8-9 when co-facilitating with another addictions therapist.
