Take the lead on a Hyperscale Data Centre development in Frankfurt!
We are looking for a Construction Manager to lead the way on a high‑profile data centre in Frankfurt, one of Europe’s fastest‑growing hubs for mission‑critical facilities. You’ll be at the centre of a complex, technically demanding build, managing all on‑site activities and driving delivery from the ground up to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of construction activities, from groundworks through to commissioning and handover
* Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
* Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across the site
* Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedules and budgets
* Review technical drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure alignment with project goals
* Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and commercial teams, acting as the key interface between stakeholders and site operations
* Lead progress meetings with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular reporting on milestones and KPIs
* Drive best practice in quality assurance, site logistics, and project controls
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Proven experience delivering large‑scale construction projects, ideally within data centres
* Strong knowledge of German building codes, regulations, and permitting processes
* Excellent leadership and contractor management skills with the ability to motivate and direct multi‑disciplinary teams
* Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Strong problem‑solving, negotiation, and communication skills
* Fluent English required; German language skills highly desirable
