About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
HR Manager
to join our team in the United Kingdom. This role requires a professional who can manage end-to-end human resources operations, align people strategy with business goals, and support a multicultural workforce.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
* Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with UK labour laws and global best practices.
* Partner with business leaders to support talent planning, employee relations, and workforce development.
* Manage payroll coordination, employee benefits, and statutory compliance.
* Drive diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being initiatives.
* Act as a cultural bridge to support collaboration with teams across India and other global locations.
Key Requirements
* Master's / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
* Strong understanding of UK employment laws and HR compliance framework.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in cross-border setups, with a strong understanding of Indian business culture and workforce practices (preferred).
* Prior experience working with Indian or South Asian organizations will be an advantage.
