Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Location: Lancaster, Chester, Camden, Columbia, Florence, Marion, Lake City, Orangeburg SC. Service Setting: Hospital. Coverage Type: Clinical + Call. Coverage Period: TBD Ongoing. Clinical Shift Schedule: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, facility-dependent. On-Call Shift Schedule: Call from home. Call Type: Home Call. Call Response Time: 30 minutes.
Patient Information: Patient demographics include Adults, Healthy Peds, OB (select sites).

* Lancaster & Chester Divisions: Practice Models: Lancaster (Medical Supervision), Chester (CRNA Only). Lancaster Cases: Urology, Ortho, Kidney Transplants, OB (Dedicated night team). Chester Cases: Ortho, General Surgery, Endoscopy. EMR: Epic.
* Midlands Division (Columbia, Camden): Practice Model: Medical Supervision. Cases: Cardiothoracic, EP, Ortho, Spine, ENT, Healthy Peds, Urology, Endoscopy. EMR: Epic.
* Camden Division: OB, ENT, Healthy Peds, Cardioversions. EMR: Epic.
* Pee Dee Division (Florence, Marion, Lake City): Florence Practice Model: Medical Supervision. Marion & Lake City: CRNA Only. Florence Cases: General Surgery, Healthy Peds, EP, OB, Cardiothoracic. Marion & Lake City: Endo, Ortho, Urology. EMR: Epic.
* Orangeburg Division: Practice Model: Medical Supervision. Cases: OB, Level III Trauma, Vascular, General Surgery. EMR: Epic.
Responsibilities
* Deliver anesthetic care in collaboration with supervising physicians (if applicable).
* Manage preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative anesthesia care.
* Participate in call rotation and emergency response.
* Maintain accurate documentation and charting in Epic.
Qualifications
* Licenses: South Carolina License, SC Controlled Substance License (as applicable).
* Board: Certified in specialty.
* Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS (as applicable).
* Experience: Proficiency with Epic EMR required.
