This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience supporting young people with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs, SEBD, EBD, or ASD, particularly those who may display challenging behaviours. About the Role As a Learning Support Assistant / Behaviour Mentor, you will support students both in and out of the classroom, helping them manage behaviour, engage with learning, and develop positive coping strategies.
