Cloud and Infrastructure Manager - £65,000 + Bonus/Benefits
Location: Ipswich, Norwich, Cambridge, Chelmsford

Overview
My client a UK Top 50 full-service law firm is hiring for a Cloud and Infrastructure Manager. Their core practice areas include property, corporate services, litigation, and private client advisory. Known for a proactive, client-focused approach and recognised as a top employer in 2024.
This role supports the Head of IT in managing and optimising cloud and on-premise infrastructure. It includes leading a team to ensure systems are secure, scalable, resilient, and efficient.
Experience:
* 10+ years in a senior infrastructure role
* 5+ years in cloud operations
* Proven track record in managing cloud infrastructure (VMware, Cisco Network, Azure)
* Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance standards
Leadership and Interpersonal Skills:
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to manage time and prioritise the team’s workload
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in MS Azure, Landing Zones, Terraform
* Knowledge of cloud architecture, data security, and data management
* Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills to identify and rectify infrastructure related issues
