Conveyancing Paralegal — Spalding — £24,000 to £30,000

Responsibilities
* Assist on all aspects of the conveyancing process from opening files to post-completion work
* Work under supervision on residential property transactions including sales, purchases, and remortgages
* Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and transfer deeds
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties to ensure transactions run smoothly
* Conduct and review property searches, handle exchange and completion formalities
* Register properties with relevant authorities and deal with Stamp Duty requirements
* Maintain accurate case management records and draft correspondence to keep clients informed
* Support fee earners through the entire property transaction cycle
Requirements
* Prior experience in conveyancing or property law is highly desirable
* Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines, working calmly under pressure
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with a client-focused mindset
* Proficient in office software and case management systems
