Job Title: Customer Sales Consultant
Salary: £25,500 (£28,000 OTE)
Location: Baghsot, Surrey
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (including weekdays and weekends)
Flexible shifts between 8:00am - 8:00pm, including some evenings
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound customer enquiries via telephone and live chat
* Build strong, professional relationships with customers through a consultative sales approach
* Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening
* Provide tailored solutions with empathy and confidence
* Proactively close sales opportunities and achieve individual and team targets
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
* Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
Key Skills / Experience:
* Previous experience in customer service and/or sales (contact centre experience desirable)
* Confident communicator, particularly over the phone and via live chat
* Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
* Target-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs
* Resilient with the ability to handle objections professionally
* Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to demonstrate empathy
* Flexible to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
