* Production of Management Accounts (full P&L and Balance Sheet).
* Posting of monthly journals including accruals and prepayments.
* Month end process of intercompany reconciliations.
* Completing quarterly recharge invoices, actively driving reduction in intercompany transactions.
* Complete balance sheet reconciliations, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
* Management of fixed asset register.
* Suggest improvements in control processes.
* Preparation of VAT returns and payroll reconciliations.
* Cash management, bank reconciliations and approval of purchase ledger and other ad-hoc payments.
* Assistance with the preparation of annual statutory accounts.
* Ad hoc reporting and projects as required.
