Role & Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes consistently to recipe and presentation standards
Run your section efficiently during service
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Ensure all food is prepared in line with hygiene, health & safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your section
Help train and support junior kitchen staff when required
What Were Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role preferred but not essential
Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen procedures
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene qualification (preferred)
A positive attitude and passion for high-quality food
