Cloud Services – Senior Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our Microsoft Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing further services to both new and existing clients with infrastructure in the Azure Cloud.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Incident Management: You will be responsible for handling and resolving incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
• Problem Management: You will identify and resolve root causes of incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to our services.
• Change Management: You will ensure that all changes to our systems and infrastructure are properly managed and documented.
• Engaging with vendors: You will work closely with contracted vendors to provide support-related assistance.
• Windows Server Support: You will provide expert-level support for Windows Server environments.
• Active Directory Administration: You will be responsible for administering and supporting Active Directory environments.
• O365 Administration: You will provide administration and support for Office 365 environments.
• SharePoint Support: You will provide support for SharePoint environments.
• Azure Administration: You will be responsible for administering and supporting Azure environments.
• Routing/Switching TCP/IP: You will provide support for routing and switching technologies.
• Anti-Virus support: You will provide support for anti-virus solutions.

Work Environment:
The successful candidate will work on a hybrid schedule, spending three days per week in the office and two days per week working remotely. The typical working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with potential opportunities for on-call shifts in the future.
