About Our Client

Job Description
· To produce profit and loss analysis in both extract and detailed form, for initial review of the management accountants prior to onwards distribution to senior management.
· Ensure the accurate and timely production of management accounts and KPI's.
· To prepare tax packs and stat packs for review by management.
· To maintain several departments within the central sector of the business, ensure prepayment and accruals are posted correctly and in a timely manner, and the financial system is well maintained and kept up to date.
· To provide Budget holders with accurate and timely information and work alongside Budget holders to produce annual Budgets and forecasts.
· Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations from detailed listings back to the system to demonstrate an understanding of the balance sheet and analyze movements.
· To update management reports and liaise with other financial personnel on these on a weekly basis.
· To liaise with and assist Purchase Ledger staff with any supplier invoice issues.
· To provide support to the Group Financial Controller on ad-hoc projects as they arise.
· Any other ad hoc duties as required by line manager. Liaise with Directors, General Managers, Operations Managers, their direct reports, and Employees at all levels within the Group to continually improve compliance to the management systems.
The Successful Applicant
* Good knowledge of Microsoft systems; Excel, Word, and Outlook in particular.
* Very good level of numeracy, accuracy, and literacy.
* High level of flexibility, commitment, and motivation.
* Able to use own initiative.
* Team orientated.
