building strong relationships

with those you support.

Support is a broad term. This could include; helping someone move and settle into their new home, safety planning to reduce harm, helping someone secure their desired job or secure the place on the training course they have aspired to do, support with independent living skills like shopping, budgeting, and cooking.

You'll work as part of a tight-knit team of Support Workers, Senior Support Workers, Night Building Supervisors, and a Project Manager on a rota basis.

You'll be working within our supported accommodation building which provides

24/7 housing and support for young people aged 16-18,

support worker

in a similar role, or you have

life experience

We are a

charity, so it's important that you want to work for an organisation focused on well-being and successful outcomes rather than just profit.

We want people that are empathetic, driven, and able to motivate others. We recruit people that embrace opportunity and are willing to learn and reflect. We want people that can help CCP to
