About the role
We’re seeking an experienced Operations and Channel Manager to oversee Newcastle United’s content production and distribution workflows.
Your responsibilities will include managing content planning, production schedules, and operational logistics to ensure timely delivery of content across the club. You will drive efficiency, maintain brand alignment, and champion best practices in content operations. As the main contact for content requests, you will implement clear briefing and delivery processes involving multiple stakeholders.
Your impact
* Bring a strong background in content operations, planning, or production management, with experience managing large workflows and cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrate excellent organizational and operational skills, capable of handling multiple projects and prioritizing effectively under pressure.
* Be a proactive problem solver, comfortable in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
* Experience working with internal stakeholders and external agencies, managing expectations and delivering results.
* Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems, content planning tools, and workflow automation solutions.
About the team
You will report to the Head of Content and collaborate closely with the Content team, commercial department, and other key stakeholders across the club.
Location
This role is based in Newcastle upon Tyne, with an expectation of working three days per week from the office.
