In this role you will be a hands-on technical leader who will actively write code, develop critical architectural solutions, and drive technical innovation, leading the engineering function within their payment systems function. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Mentor, guide and develop team members in both personal and technical growth. - Lead code and architectural reviews. - Design and implement solutions based on CQRS and Event Bus Architecture with a strong focus on AWS environments. - Collaborate with developers, product managers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and maintain software quality.
