Duties as a Supervising Social Worker:
* Supervise and support allocated foster carers, and their placements, completing all necessary recording and reporting documentation.
* Direct work with children and young people to support better outcomes and stable placements.
* Attend meetings and liaise with professionals to ensure positive outcomes and safeguarding of children in placements.
* Assist in undertaking initial visits, as required.
Requirements as a Supervising Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
