Job Summary
The Communications & Systems Administrator supports organisational communications, digital systems and content administration. The role maintains digital communication channels, supports online systems and provides administrative support to the Medical Director and wider organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Support organisational communications activity.
* Maintain and update Mailchimp communications.
* Support social media administration and scheduling.
* Create Canva graphics and digital content.
* Support website content updates and maintenance.
* Administer Learning Hub and other online systems.
* Maintain membership and system records.
* Upload and manage digital content.
* Support digital administration processes.
* Assist with systems organisation and coordination.
* Support the Medical Director with communications and administration.
* Coordinate content updates and communication schedules.
* Support operational continuity across digital systems.
* Maintain accurate digital records and documentation.
* Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
* Ensure communications are accurate and appropriately presented.
* Support organisational branding and consistency.
* Work collaboratively with the Office Manager and wider team.
* Participate in training and development.
* Undertake additional duties consistent with the role.
Person Specification
Essential Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in administration, communications or digital systems support.
* Experience using digital communication platforms.
* Experience updating websites or online systems.
* Experience using Microsoft Office and online administration systems.
