We are delighted to be recruiting for a Pastry Chef to join our small pastry team at the restaurant in Fosseway Garden Centre in Moreton-in-Marsh.

We are looking for someone who wants part time hours that has a real passion for high quality desserts. Our ethos is to provide a point of difference and fantastic customer service. Experience in a fast paced, high-volume kitchen and customer service skills are beneficial but not essential as all training is provided.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Works under the guidance of the Head Pastry Chef to ensure the smooth running of the pastry department.
* Jobs can include but not limited to: _Weighing of ingredients, making mixes, baking, portioning, finishing of products, correct storage and stock rotation, helping with monthly stocktakes, monitoring waste and ordering.
* Works in a clean and organised manner
* Displays a great can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and go above and beyond to exceed the customers expectations
* To make and produce a show stopping range of cakes, sweet treats and patisseries.
