We are looking for Protection Advisers for our Newcastle office to start on 3rd August 2026.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Speak with customers to understand their needs and concerns, discussing the significance of protection.
* Advise on protection products such as Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, and Income Protection.
* Deliver clear, tailored recommendations.
* Maintain accurate case files and manage workloads with strong organisation.
* Balance customer care, compliance, and performance targets.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking potential rather than finished experts; experience is welcomed but the right attitude is paramount.
* Experience in customer service or sales.
* Strong communication and listening skills.
* Genuine passion for helping people.
* Drive, ambition, and willingness to learn.
* Organisational skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
* Resilience in a regulated, performance‑focused environment.
