What you’ll be doing
* Dispense all prescriptions received each day with accuracy and efficiency
* Support the clinical team with day‑to‑day operational tasks
* Follow dispensary procedures and meet internal quality and accuracy targets
* Work effectively in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment
* Meet individual and team performance targets to support business objectives
* Take ownership of prescription labelling and ensuring accuracy at all times
* Collaborate with key teams across the business, including customer service, purchasing, operations, and pharmacists
* Contribute to a positive, supportive, and inclusive working environment
Who we’re looking for
* Must hold an NVQ Level 2 Dispensing Assistant qualification
* Confident with numbers and comfortable using IT systems
* Able to prioritise workload, stay organised, and work accurately under pressure
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrates initiative, proactivity, and a positive approach to problem‑solving
* Experience working in a highly accurate, fast‑paced environment
* Familiar with working to legal, ethical, and professional standards
* GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at Grade C or above
