Responsibilities
As a Team Leader you will support and manage a team of Support Workers, being the first point of contact for Support Workers for advice, including at evenings and weekends. You\'ll oversee people\'s review visits and will lead and develop key areas of the service, for example medication and Equality & Diversity.

Please note you will need to demonstrate your ability to meet the travel requirements of the role. The role involves working shifts between the hours of 7am and 10pm, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
