Job Purpose: As a Care Assistant, you’ll bring compassion, energy, and fun to our residents. Your role includes providing dignified personal care, assisting during mealtimes, and provide sensitive and appropriate support with various aspects of people’s lives. Beyond physical care, you'll also be a comforting and attentive listener. Each day as a Care Assistant promises to be diverse. Our residents are unique, each with distinct care needs, personalities, and life stories. Responsibilities
* Provide dignified personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
* Assist during mealtimes with sensitivity and respect.
* Offer support across various aspects of residents\' lives while maintaining privacy and dignity.
* Be a comforting and attentive listener to residents.
* Build relationships with residents based on understanding, trust, and genuine care.
Requirements
* Experience in care not required; comprehensive learning and development programs available.
* Passion for taking care of people in later life.
* Ability to work day and night shifts on a zero-hour contract.
