Job Title: Teaching Assistant (TA)

Pay Rate: £ to £ per day (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term, Part-time / Full-time
GSL Education are seeking a passionate and committed Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a welcoming primary school in Gainsborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children from Early Years through to Key Stage 2, helping them thrive academically and socially in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant (TA):
* Support teachers in planning and delivering personalised learning strategies.
* Provide targeted interventions to boost understanding and skills.
* Promote effective study habits and model positive behaviour.
* Help create an inclusive and respectful learning environment.
* Collaborate with educational professionals to support wider student needs.
Requirements for Teaching Assistant (TA):
* Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role.
* A genuine enthusiasm for supporting children’s learning and development.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* EYFS to KS2 experience is essential.
* Relevant qualifications or training in education are desirable.
