Job Scope:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to be a part of our North Europe Business Intelligence team to manage daily and monthly reporting, forecasting, and analysis to guide commercial decisions
Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage bi-weekly and monthly order forecasts, consolidating inputs from multiple commercial teams.
Produce daily order performance reports, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Develop, automate, and maintain weekly and monthly reports to support decision-making.
Partner with different teams to deliver regular and ad hoc analyses tailored to business needs.
Produce monthly external reports for key customers.
Serve as the reference point for customer segmentation and reporting, ensuring data accuracy within SAP and Business Objects, and proactively identifying discrepancies.
Contribute to cross-functional commercial and financial projects, supporting strategic initiatives.
Meet all group reporting deadlines, taking ownership of issue resolution and continuous improvement.
Support ad hoc analysis and presentations as required.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a business analysis, commercial finance, or similar analytical role, ideally within wholesale or retail.
Strong Excel skills and proven experience in data analysis, modelling, and dashboard creation.
Ability to translate data into clear, insightful commentary and actionable recommendations.
Experience using SAP and Business Objects is an advantage.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and seniority levels.
