You’ll need to be well-spoken, professional, competitive, and confident—ready to take on a key role in a thriving branch. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Registering and qualifying applicants Booking and conducting property viewings Negotiating offers and closing deals Managing relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants Growing market share through lead generation and follow-up Assisting with lettings as required Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process Working as part of a high-performing team What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience as a Sales and / or Lettings Negotiator Background in sales and/or customer service Excellent sales and negotiation skills High level of customer service and communication ability Confident, articulate, and well-presented Strong telephone manner and positive attitude Good local knowledge of Surbiton and surrounding areas (preferred) Full UK driving licence and own vehicle Professional and proactive approach to estate agency What's In It For You?
