We're looking for a Telecoms Specialist who excels in customer service and takes pride in supporting and advising our members, helping them find the right telecoms solutions to meet their business needs.

What you'll be doing:
As an integral part of our Telecoms team, you'll:
* Act as the first line of specialist telecoms support for AF members
* Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally
* Advise members on telecoms technologies, products, and services
* Prepare proposals and secure new business
* Identify and manage new sales opportunities using our CRM tool
* Support contract renewals and provide cost analysis and tariff recommendations
* Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers on product and service queries
* Keep member and contract records accurate and up to date
* Handle WIP, supplier communication, and member queries efficiently
Who we're looking for:
You'll thrive in this role if you:
* Have experience in the telecoms industry and in a busy, sales role
* Bring exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Are comfortable advising others on technical products (training provided)
* Can analyse data and write clear, persuasive proposals
* Have strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills
* Are a self-starter who's proactive and target driven
* Can manage a busy and varied workload with accuracy and accountability
* Are confident with Microsoft Office
