The Role
As a Principal Process Engineer, you will provide leadership in the delivery of engineering and technical activities through your process, domain knowledge, and experience. Your responsibilities will include resolving technical issues, compiling reports and presentations, and ensuring specifications meet stakeholder requirements:
* Coaching, mentoring, and assisting team members in their discipline.
* Developing business awareness.
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Working independently or as part of a small team.
* Serving as a subject matter expert in a specialist area.
This full-time role involves 37 hours per week, with regular travel to Warrington or Bristol and home working arrangements. Agile and flexible working options, including part-time, condensed hours, and job sharing, are available; please inquire during the interview process.
Essential Experience
* Experience managing teams to deliver analysis activities across various project types.
* Proven ability to handle tasks of varying complexity.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with other disciplines.
* Experience in the nuclear sector is preferred but not essential.
Qualifications
* Degree in Chemical Engineering.
* Chartered Chemical Engineer status.
Security Clearance
