Remedial Plumber / Maintenance Plumber
£34000-£42000 + Van + Benefits + Unlimited Overtime
With over 2000 staff across various building services in the UK, our client is looking to expand their maintenance division and currently require a Remedial Plumber / Maintenance Plumber to work on commercial and residential sites in the South-East area of London.
To apply for the Remedial Plumber / Maintenance Plumber position the following is required:
* 5+ years post qualification working as a Remedial Plumber / Maintenance Plumber
* Driving license
* DBS checked
* Ability to cover the South-East London region
Duties of the Remedial Plumber / Maintenance Plumber will include:
* Carrying out leak detection and pipe repairs
* Repairing/replacing boilers and hot water systems
* Tank cleans, sampling, monitoring, TMV install/servicing and deadleg removals
* Ensuring work meets UK safety standards
* Completing job reports, risk assessments, and compliance paperwork
Typical sites for the Remedial Plumber / Maintenance Plumber will include council properties, commercial buildings (offices, schools, hospitals) and maintenance contracts for housing associations. Working often in pairs our client will offer both on site and office-based training to enable you to pick up new qualifications.
Working to a 40-hour week, overtime is available and a full benefits package including van, mobile phone, team bonus + overtime
