The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end delivery of retail construction projects nationwide. * Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. * Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, reporting regularly to senior management. * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards. * Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and resolve issues promptly. * Conduct site visits and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Essential Requirements * Retail construction experience (fit-out, refurbishment, or new build). * Black CSCS Card (Manager level). * SMSTS Certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme). * 3-Day First Aid Certificate. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and travel nationwide. * Full UK driving license. Desirable * Experience with fast-track retail projects. * Knowledge of CDM regulations and risk management. * Proficiency in project management software.
