An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an innovative and growing construction company as a Business Administration Apprentice. This role is initially offered to provide maternity cover, with a long-term position available within the company. Upon the current employee's return, they will be moving into a new role, allowing the successful apprentice to continue their employment and development within the organisation.

Based at the DM Habens offices in Southsea, you will work alongside a friendly team of four administrators, as well as project managers and directors. You will receive full training and gain hands-on experience in corporate policies and procedures, including data management, certification processing, spreadsheets, scanning, and filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data entry of information received from site following site and maintenance visits
* Greeting visitors and managing deliveries at reception
* Assisting Project Managers with administrative tasks
* Answering and directing telephone calls
* Filing and document management
* Processing orders
* Preparing Health and Safety files
* Supporting the team with additional administrative duties as required
