About The Role
As a highly organized and proactive Events professional, you will support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of experiences, from large‑scale arena events and festivals to incentives, training sessions and internal events.
This hands‑on role requires you to hit the ground running, take ownership of logistics and delivery, and play a key part in executing exceptional events alongside our Events Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage event logistics across multiple projects
* Source venues, suppliers and services
* Coordinate delegate management (RSVPs, ticketing, rooming lists, seating plans)
* Own and maintain event data and spreadsheets
* Set up and manage registration systems and tools
* Build timelines, trackers and keep everything on schedule
* Support budgets, reporting and general event admin
* Brief Communications and community engagement
Additional Areas the Role May Cover
Event Logistics & Delivery
* Own and manage end‑to‑end event logistics across multiple projects
* Coordinate travel, accommodation, catering, gifting and event materials
* Build and manage detailed event timelines and delivery plans
* Act as a key point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders
Delegate Management & Systems
* Own attendee data, ensuring accuracy across spreadsheets and platforms
* Manage complex delegate requirements including rooming lists, seating plans and travel
* Build and maintain registration sites, forms or event apps where required
Event Administration & Reporting
* Maintain clear tracking across budgets, timelines and actions
* Prepare key documents including run sheets, briefings and logistics plans
* Support post‑event reporting, data tracking and debriefs
On‑Site Event Support
* Support on‑day delivery across UK‑based events
* Manage suppliers, troubleshoot issues and keep event flow on track
* Ensure a high‑quality attendee experience through proactive problem‑solving
* Support setup, pack‑down and overall operational delivery
What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience in event delivery (freelance or in‑house)
* Confident managing delegates, data and logistics
* Advanced Excel and highly organized
* Experience sourcing venues and working with suppliers
* Comfortable using tools like Asana and event platforms
* Proactive, efficient and able to work independently

* Employment type: 3–5 days per week (flexible)
