My client, a luxury boutique hotel in Buckinghamshire, is currently looking for a Sous Chef to join their team.
The hotel has a great reputation for the quality of its food and warm hospitality. The ever changing menu uses seasonal and locally sourced ingredients and so the successful candidate will have solid experience working with fresh ingredients.
Michelin or Rosette experience is preferred but not essential.
The Sous Chef has a salary of £45,000 per annum plus tips.
45 hours per week.
