We are seeking dedicated and experienced Child Care Officers to join our supportive and nurturing team. Experience in education or social work is welcome.
About the role
Bridgelands is a small children’s home supporting three children. The role is part of a 24‑hour residential provision. You will receive full support and ongoing training.
Responsibilities
* Provide caring support to children with learning disabilities, autism, complex health conditions, and challenging behaviour.
* Work a shift-based schedule, including weekends and bank holidays.
* Participate in ongoing training & development opportunities.
Qualifications
* Experience working with children.
* Transferable skills from education or social work.
* Right-to-work in the United Kingdom; sponsorship is not supported.
