8. Managing day to day maintenance and raising work orders
9. Effective end to end management throughout the duration of the tenancy

Detailed client information collection and due diligence including money laundering verificationDetailed and objective client reporting following regular property inspectionsEfficient and detailed processing of any maintenance requests and contractor invoicesEffective administration of all checkouts, deposit deductions/releases, tenant swaps, early exits and ownership changesEffective handling of utility notifications and the accurate processing of void period costsPromptly establish contact and develop an understanding of all new clients and their assets to facilitate an efficient handover from the Branch Manager/New Business Portfolio Manager.Exceed the expectations of your clients in terms of both customer service and asset performance.Uphold the highest levels of integrity by being objective, open and honest in all of our dealings while always respecting the confidentiality of our clients.Be proactive in your approach to resolving issues and ensure they are dealt with quickly and effectively.
The Successful Applicant
11. Driving licence
12. ARLA or equivalent
13. Minimum of 2 years' experience of property management
14. Detailed knowledge of Edinburgh Lettings market
15. Proficient in the use of IT systems including MS Word, Excel & Outlook
16. Experience in the management of client relationships
Desirable
17. Previous management of a residential property portfolio under a portfolio management structure
18. The ability to analyse the performance of residential assets and produce investment appraisals
