We are now looking for a Shop Supervisor to join our team and work in our Strand Poundbakery shop in Bootle. As a Shop Supervisor you will support the Shop Manager in: - Managing day to day shop operations. - Driving sales growth. - Delivering outstanding customer service. - Training, developing and motivating your team. - Hygiene and food safety compliance. - Taking responsibility for the shop in the absence of the Manager. You will need to have a background in retail management and ideally have worked within a food environment, however this is not essential.
