Job Description
We are hiring a Casual Relief Officer to protect people, property, and information. You will conduct patrols, searches, maintain records, provide customer service, and work flexible hours, including weekends and 12‑hour shifts, in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
* Active Patrols: Regularly patrol designated areas to detect and deter suspicious activity, ensuring a safe environment for everyone.
* Thorough Searches: Conduct detailed searches, following company policies and procedures, to keep restricted areas safe.
* Detailed Record‑Keeping: Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork related to security incidents and observations.
* Effective Communication: Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and external authorities to report incidents and coordinate responses.
* Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to employees, visitors, and guests with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications
* SIA License SG or DS – Required
* First Aid trained – Required
* Physically fit for patrolling the site – Required
* Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends – Required
* Right to work in the UK with a 5‑year checkable history – Required
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken – Required
