Welcoming guests and acting as their first point of contact Logging issues or requests Answering the phones to prospective customers and guests Completing administration tasks Completing concierge services Preparing room bills and taking payment Answering guest queries, and questions about the hotel, and/or Glasgow Signposting guests to our Restaurant and Bar. Enthusiastic Driven Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility Experience of Hotel Reception or working with the General Public preferred.
