A nurturing, well-regarded primary school in Hornsey seeks a warm and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join their thriving Early Years team from September 2025. The Role
As a Nursery Nurse, you will work alongside the class teacher to deliver stimulating, age-appropriate activities that support childrens early development across all areas of the EYFS framework. You will observe and contribute to assessments of individual children, support daily routines, maintain a safe and welcoming nursery environment, and build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families throughout the year.
What the School is Looking For
The ideal Nursery Nurse will hold a relevant childcare qualification – CACHE Level 3, BTEC National in Childrens Care, or equivalent – and have meaningful hands‑on experience working with nursery-age children in a UK early years or school setting. Candidates should be proactive, patient, and passionate about early childhood development, with strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
