The Role
As a Care Assistant, you'll support clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and live life on their terms. You'll build meaningful relationships whilst delivering compassionate, person-centred care that makes a genuine difference every day.

What You'll Do
* Direct Care & Support - Provide personal care including assistance with hygiene, dressing, feeding and daily living tasks according to their individual Person Centred Care Plans
* Quality & Safeguarding - Put clients' best interests at the heart of what you do, following the quality and safeguarding processes for which you receive training
* Teamwork & Development – work across single and double runs, working closely and supported by your head office team

Experience & Qualifications
* Experience in adult care or residential services is desirable, but if you are looking for a career change, we want to hear from you!
Practical Requirements
* Ability to travel between client locations throughout the day
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
* Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check
* Committed to completing mandatory training to maintain best practice
