Sales Consultant – New Homes Location: Darwen, Lancashire Salary: £26,000 basic uncapped commission (OTE £20k) bonuses mileage allowance Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time Working Pattern: Thursday – Monday (Tues/Weds off) Start Date: September 2025 About the Role Sourced Recruitment are working with a national housebuilder to appoint a Sales Consultant for an exciting new development in Darwen. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced new homes sales consultant or an ambitious sales professional with strong property background, looking to progress their career in a thriving region. You’ll be responsible for managing the customer journey end-to-end, ensuring buyers receive the very best experience. Key Responsibilities * Welcome prospective buyers and deliver excellent customer service. * Manage the sales process from enquiry through to legal completion. * Proactively follow up on leads and convert to reservations. * Promote and sell customer extras/upgrades. * Maintain accurate sales and customer records. * Work collaboratively with site teams to keep buyers fully informed. * Achieve and exceed personal and development sales targets.
