What you’ll be doing:
* Working closely with a small team of managers to ensure the store runs smoothly every day.
* Taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, often being the only manager present with full accountability for the shop.
* Collaborating with a team to complete all tasks, ensuring customers are served efficiently and safely.
* Managing people, including performance and capability, conducting disciplinary actions, and ensuring scheduling and pay are accurate.
* Supporting other stores in the network when needed.

* Experience in line management within a fast-paced, operational environment.
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to coach a team to do the same.
* Ability to meet KPIs and other performance targets.
* Experience handling disciplinary, performance, and employee relations issues.
* Capability to lead store operations independently in the absence of senior management.
