The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Elite Basic Salary: Up to £55,000 Basic (Depending on Master Tech certification and experience).
* Hours: Monday – Friday only (Enjoy every weekend off).

What You Will Be Doing
* Advanced Diagnostics: Solving complex mechanical and electrical faults that others can’t.
* High‑Level Engineering: Working on engines, timing components, gearboxes, and high‑voltage EV systems.
* Technical Authority: Ensuring all work meets RAC Approved Garage and manufacturer standards.
* Mentorship: Supporting and guiding junior technicians to maintain our 5‑star reputation.
