We’re working with a B2B platform provider at a pivotal stage of their product transformation. As they shift toward a more scalable, user-focused experience, they’re hiring a Lead Product Manager to own and evolve their core Marketplace platform — the backbone of a core transactional platform supporting key business operations. The Opportunity As Lead Product Manager, you will bring structure, clarity, and product thinking to a commercially led environment. You’ll be the driving force behind the success and growth of the marketplace product. Reporting to the Product Director, you'll lead the transition from a functional ordering tool to a high-performing, user-centric marketplace. This is a hands-on role with strategic impact — focused on product ownership, delivery enablement, and capability building in a complex B2B environment. Key Responsibilities: Own the marketplace product and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and revenue growth. Drive the adoption of product management tools and methodologies, optimising efficiency and processes Drive product performance in areas like conversion, usability, and customer engagement. Help mature the product operating model in a complex, B2B environment. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience leading product in a mid-sized B2B or platform business (ideally 1,000 employees). Strong knowledge of marketplace models or transactional platforms (ideally B2B or can be B2C). Someone who can inspire and uplift teams, while getting stuck into the detail when needed. Commercially savvy with a strong user focus Energy, passion, and pragmatism – you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves or challenge the status quo.
