Whatyou’ll do:
* Overall accountability and responsibility for the day to day management, co-ordination and control of Cleaning, Catering, Tailoring, Bar Work, Shops, and Café on site, including Cleaning Manager, Mess Manager, Catering Manager 6-7 supervisors and circa 60 on site staff
* Maintain excellent client/customer relationships
* Work in conjunction with department managers to plan, organise and coordinate service activity across the site
* Active involvement, promotion and support of activities aligned towards employee engagement
* To contribute to the growth of services in order to meet client and commercial expectations whilst maintaining strict budgetary control in line with client and Sodexo expectations
What you bring:
* Driving License is Essential
* Due to security clearances you must have been resident in the UK for a minimum of 3 years
* Knowledge and experience of working in a management role within the soft FM service industry
* Leadership skills and knowledge
* People management skills including general HR skills in recruitment, training and managing employee performance including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
* Management knowledge of health & safety and food safety
