Job Description:
As a Lead Data Scientist at Luupli, you will leverage AWS analytics services to analyze data and extract insights. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions and provide actionable recommendations. Your expertise will shape our data strategy and support business growth.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with teams to understand objectives, identify data needs, and set analytics goals.
* Develop data analysis strategies using AWS services like Amazon Redshift, Athena, EMR, and QuickSight.
* Design and build data pipelines and ETL processes from diverse sources into AWS.
* Apply statistical and machine learning techniques for predictive and pattern analyses.
* Identify key metrics, develop KPIs, and create dashboards using Amazon QuickSight.
* Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and insights.
* Work with data engineers to optimize data architecture, quality, and governance.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or master's in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
* Proven experience as a Data Scientist, especially with AWS analytics.
* Strong proficiency in AWS services like Redshift, Athena, EMR, and QuickSight.
* Understanding of data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing.
* Skills in statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning.
* Programming skills in Python, R, or Scala.
* Experience with SQL, NoSQL, visualization tools, and statistical packages.
* Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Experience with social media analytics and user behavior.
* Familiarity with big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, Kafka.
* Knowledge of AWS ML services like SageMaker and Comprehend.
* Understanding of data governance and security in AWS.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
