A fantastic packaging machinery company just outside of Manchester has a bursting order book. And that means machines need assembling, building, and preparing for installation at customers such as Allied Bakeries, Morrisons, Muller Dairies, Warburtons — all great companies. So if you want to get involved in the food industry and you\'re an experienced Mechanical Engineer — let\'s talk! If you have experience of conveyors, feeders, labellers and/or pick-and-place machinery, you\'re onto a winner.
Responsibilities
* The ideal candidate will have: A Mechanical Apprenticeship
* An eye for detail
* The ability to build and fit to a high standard
* Experience assembling complex packaging machinery
* Be based in Manchester / Lancashire
* Assist with assembling, building and preparing packaging machinery for installation at customer sites
* Guide an Apprentice and work with the design office to develop a range of packaging machinery
Qualifications
* A Mechanical Apprenticeship
* A solid eye for detail
* Ability to build and fit to a high standard
* Experience assembling complex packaging machinery
* Based in Manchester / Lancashire
Requirements & Benefits
* Salary: £44,000 - £45,000 per annum, OTE £50,000, plus a small amount of overtime available
