The Role: Broad, High-Quality Employment Law Work As an Employment Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload spanning both contentious and non-contentious matters. Key responsibilities include: Advising on Employment Tribunal claims, including discrimination, unfair dismissal, and whistleblowing Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, contracts, and policies Providing HR advisory support to employer clients across multiple sectors Supporting senior lawyers on complex restructures, TUPE, and restrictive covenant matters Building and maintaining strong client relationships Contributing to seminars, workshops, and client training sessions Supporting wider business development and networking initiatives Team & Environment You will join a highly respected Surrey-based Employment team working closely with colleagues across the wider business services group.
